ZalvaTech Collaborates with Verschuren Centre to Advance Biomaterial Production and Process Scale-Up

August 2026 — ZalvaTech Recovery is entering its next stage of technical development through a collaboration with the Verschuren Centre to systematically develop and optimize its biomaterial production platform while building toward process scale-up.

The collaboration follows the cloud deployment of AnkiBind, ZalvaTech’s machine learning platform for optimizing biomaterials for metal and resource recovery, and laboratory validation of its first gold-targeting biomaterial, which demonstrated more than 99 percent gold recovery in under 15 minutes under laboratory-tested conditions.

Gold is ZalvaTech’s first entry point and first scale-up playbook. By establishing the production, process optimization, and scale-up pathway for gold first, ZalvaTech is building a repeatable technical framework that can be applied to additional precious metals and critical minerals.
